Refunds & Exchange Policy

We currently operate a no-refund policy. However, we offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your item, provided it is in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

In the rare event that the item you'd like to exchange is out of stock or unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Or if your desired exchange item is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of any issues. We're here to make it right.

Payments

All payments should be made through M-PESA Paybill:

  • Paybill Number: 642542
  • Account Number: 282601

Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed. Please ensure the correct details are entered when checking out. For any payment issues, reach out to us directly.

However we also allow payment upon Delivery for clients in Nairobi:

  • Clients outside Nairobi are required to pay in full inclusive delivery fee upon order then it'll be dispatched
  • Delivery fee is upon the client

FITTING POLICY

At ycethelabel, it genuinely saddens us to announce that we have discontinued all try-ons. This decision wasn't made lightly.

Unfortunately, we encountered multiple instances of items being returned damaged, stained, or with strong body odor, making it impossible for us to maintain the quality standards we promise our clients.

As much as we value giving you the freedom to try before you buy, we are more committed to protecting your health and ensuring you receive your items in the best condition possible—fresh, clean, and untouched.
